Welcome to Forem Weather. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Forem Weather mobile application and website operated by Forem Innovations Limited ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the Forem Weather app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

• Hourly and 7-day weather predictions

• Multi-location weather tracking
• Weather data visualization

Our service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Forem Weather, you agree to:

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app

Forem Weather uses third-party services to provide weather data and other functionality:

• OpenStreetMap/Nominatim: Location services
• App Store/Google Play: Distribution platforms

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Forem Weather is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on weather information
• We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is zero for free users)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forem Innovations Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
